We are looking for: The Assistant Project Manager will report to the Facilities & Construction Department Manager and will work closely with department supervisors, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination Tracking project milestones, budgets, and action items Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors Managing project documentation, drawings, permits, and meeting minutes Assisting with bid solicitation and contractor procurement activities Tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence Conducting site visits and documenting construction progress Preparing project status reports and executive updates Supporting facility improvement and renovation projects as assigned Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Vision Insurance Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, project coordination, or project management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
