JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to facilitate effective project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
  • Experience in civil engineering concepts and the use of Civil 3D for design purposes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations is required.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to support project execution.

  • Support the estimation process by utilizing tools such as HeavyBid for accurate cost assessments.
  • Assist in blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics to guide project implementation.
