Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate division is experiencing significant growth and we’re looking for an experienced industry professional with health project experience to join our high-performing and collaborative Project Management team.

Job Description
- Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
- Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
- Develop a project programme, monitor progress and communicate with project stakeholders
- Identify project risks, implement mitigations, review and amend as required to ensure project targets are achieved
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance
- To assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc
- Assisting with contractual work including procurement and editing documents
- Liaison with client departments and other service providers to help co-ordinate all efforts in keeping the program on track
- Tender research, collating potential bid work
- Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
- 1 – 4 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
- Experience in health sector is an added advantage
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
- Must be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindset.
