Our Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the Bid & Project Management function. We are looking for someone who will be an accountable professional leading the successful delivery of bids and projects to all our customers. This would suit someone looking for their first full role after a Grad scheme or someone looking to make their first move after starting their career.
The role holder will be responsible for collaborating with the design team and the design authority alongside the Project Delivery Manager. This role requires the application of professional project control, ensuring strict adherence to change control, project planning, materials management, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement, all under the guidance of the Project Management team. You will also be working on different contract types, such as Firm Fixed Price and NEC.
Additionally, this role will require a positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
The role is based in our Stratford office, and you will follow our SMART Working policy, which requires being in the office at least twice a week.
