Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the project. This role focuses on reviewing and verifying shop drawings, coordinating effectively with project stakeholders, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure that installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The position requires a professional with proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to drive seamless integration of MEP works into the overall project execution. 1. Review design & work permit (methods, Shop drawing, etc). 2. Site inspection. 3. Project control / Monitor Progress and Quality 4. Stakeholder management for MEP related works 5. Ensure Compliance with Codes and Standards 6. Report and Document Findings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related. Minimum 3 years of experience in site-based project. Detail-Oriented – Able to review shop drawings and site work meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance. Proactive – Anticipates potential issues and takes initiative to resolve them before they impact the project. Strong Communicator – Clearly conveys technical information and coordinates effectively with diverse stakeholders. Analytical Thinker – Capable of assessing complex MEP systems and making sound decisions quickly. Team Player with Leadership Skills – Works collaboratively while guiding contractors and technicians toward project goals. Adaptable and Calm Under Pressure – Maintains composure and problem-solving focus in fast-paced construction environments.
