Job Description: Assist the Project Director in planning, executing, and completing property development and office fit-out projects. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures. Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates. Support admin & contract administration processes. Responsible and ensuring in keeping and maintaining all site reports / project documents in good order at all times. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
