The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role bridges communication between stakeholders, coordinates resources, and ensures smooth day to day project operations. Key Responsibilities Cross Country Coordination: assist in scheduling, monitoring and coordinating cross country initiatives including projects, processes and operations Project Coordination: Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking. Documentation: Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and maintain project files. Stakeholder Communication: Support clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager. Budget Tracking: Monitor expenses and support financial reporting. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations. Process Improvement: Suggest workflow optimizations to improve efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in project support or coordination. Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) is a plus. Desired Attributes Proactive problem solver with attention to detail. Team‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
