Position Overview This role supports the execution of retail fixtures, displays, and in-store marketing programs. You will work closely with Project Managers, design, engineering, purchasing, and production teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project—from initial planning through production and installation—while developing strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities * Support Project Managers in daily coordination of active projects * Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule * Assist in developing production plans, schedules, and documentation * Help translate design intent into production-ready information (with PM/engineering support) * Coordinate materials, vendors, and internal resources * Assist with purchase orders, quotes, and basic cost tracking * Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays with proposed solutions * Support fabrication, quality checks, packaging, and shipping coordination * Maintain accurate project records, including changes and revisions * Participate in internal meetings and provide status updates * Run job-related errands and support on-site or shop needs as required * Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency * Ability to maintain an active workday, including frequent movement and navigating stairs multiple times per day * Capable of assisting with packing, organizing, and transporting items * Able to lift and carry moderately heavy boxes safely and efficiently * Comfortable running errands independently, including reliable driving * Willingness to support minor installations as needed * Ability to assist with site surveys and basic fieldwork * Capable of performing retail audits with attention to detail * Demonstrates flexibility, dependability, and a hands-on approach to tasks Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) * Prior project coordination experience a plus (not required) * Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills * Excellent communication and attention to detail * Problem-solving mindset * Familiarity with print, production, visual media, or retail is a plus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  * Technical Skills (Preferred) * Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) * Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront)  * Familiarity with production, manufacturing, or retail displays is a plus  Work Requirements * Full-time, 5 days per week in-office role * Ability to be active and mobile throughout the workday (office, shop floor, warehouse, or store environments) * Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs * Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times per day * Willingness to support hands-on tasks, shop work, and occasional on-site needs Growth Opportunity This role provides a clear path to Project Manager.
