POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our West Coast Permitting team. In this role, you’ll support Project Managers in delivering seamless permitting solutions across a variety of commercial construction projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, communicating with municipal agencies, and maintaining momentum from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of permit packages
  • Perform due diligence, create permit checklists, and update project tracking tools
  • Act as a liaison with city departments and monitor project statuses
  • Maintain documentation including meeting minutes and permit logs
  • Support project progress through scheduling, quality control, and follow-ups
  • Serve as backup to Project Managers when needed
