REQUIREMENTS:

  • Scientific background - Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Ability to perform tasks with diligence, courteous assertiveness, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with the initiative to report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality, with a clear understanding of when and how to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Willingness to take on additional duties or projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting business performance.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the Product Registration process
  • Input and maintain project and other data into the appropriate system to ensure that records are current and accurate
  • Assist with generation of draft invoices
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide responses to queries and keep stakeholders proactively informed of the status of projects.
  • Manage the receipt, unpacking, storage and logging of customer supplied materials and radioactive materials
  • Assist with the management of all customer materials, surplus materials and stocks
  • Assist with the despatch service for products and materials leaving site ensuring that all documentation is checked, and all issues are investigated and resolved
  • Ensure materials for despatch are packaged and labelled in accordance with transport regulations
  • To provide cover for the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager when required
  • Involvement in t/cons and /or e-mails to clarify and finalise project work or discuss any issues arising
  • Generation of project checklists
  • Ensure that all work carried out is compliant with all regulations, company policies and the sites ISO standards.
