Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of the Corporation’s development projects Ensure all project works are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with all relevant Development Brief (DB), statutory requirements, design, quality and safety standards Assist in the day-to-day administration of Development Agreement (DA), and monitor the work progress and performance of developers, consultants and contractors throughout the entire development process Carry out development feasibility design, planning and technical studies for potential development sites and preparation of DA/DB Carry out site inspections, factory visit and etc. Liaise with government departments, internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress Requirements Degree in Architecture / Engineering or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale developments Understanding of relevant statutory regulations with sound knowledge of property markets, architectural planning, building and E&M systems, contract administration, project cost and programming Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
