Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will oversee various facets of rail mobility projects within the Platform Screen Door Division (PSD). Your deep technical knowledge, combined with strong project management skills, will enable you to develop and deliver high-quality engineering solutions tailored to meet our client’s needs while upholding safety and operational standards. You will be instrumental in driving project success, offering pivotal support at each stage from conception through to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project planning and execution activities, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and budgets are adhered to with precision.
  • Conduct comprehensive engineering and system analyses, preparing project documentation such as specifications, reports, and technical presentations that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, installation, T&C and RMA personnel, to ensure seamless project outcomes that align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to project tender submissions, meticulously verifying compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project status and addressing any concerns or challenges in a timely manner.
  • Participate in risk management processes, identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project integrity.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project execution aligns with engineering plans, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency in every aspect of project management, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
