Job Description
Turner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost and commercial management and advisory across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. We are the leading consultancy providers to the Private Sector (office, fit-outs, residential) but also the Public Sector (health & education).

Due to continued growth in our Irish HUB office, our Project Management team in Dublin are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to work on exciting Real Estate Projects throughout Ireland.

  • Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects
  • Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
  • Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Preparing written project communication materials

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or its equivalent in Construction Management or Related Field
  • Qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is desirable.
  • Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of project life cycle
  • Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally public sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in Ireland
