Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 annually
Job Description:
Our client is a New York and Miami based construction organisation providing construction management, general contracting and design-build services, committed to construction safety education for it’s team and a high standard of integrity to it’s clients. Since establishment in 2002 they have completed over 300 projects through circa 200 professional employees and 5 business partners. Their projects range within commercial, infrastructure and residential.
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team in Manhattan, NY with a strong focus on candidates with experience within residential and commercial projects, this can range from interiors, renovations, single or multi-family etc. Due to our client being a small business we are looking for someone who is interested in wearing multiple different hats within a business, taking on more responsibility and keen to climb the ladder internally rather quickly. The upcoming projects they are currently dealing with vary in scale and values and in terms of locations they are all within the tri-state area, travelling may be required for this and will be compensated.

The requirements of the role are:

  • Previous experience in residential and commercial projects, including interiors, renovations, and single or multi-family developments.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a small business setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites within the tri-state area, with travel expenses compensated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee projects of varying scales and values.
  • Ambition to learn, take on more responsibility, and progress quickly within the company.
