Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Drive delivery of complex redevelopment and placemaking projects from inception to completion.
  • Undertake feasibility studies, appraisals and manage tender processes for a range of professional services.
  • Create high-quality reports and presentations for internal boards, Members and external partners.
  • Represent the council in public forums and consultations – your voice will be heard.
  • Prepare capital funding bids and manage returns to funding bodies.
  • Support a range of strategic initiatives through hands-on project office and admin functions.
  • Manage or co-ordinate consultants, contractors and junior staff on a project-by-project basis.
