Job Description:

• Liaise with clients on keeping track and control schedules of cost, time and quality, important meet deadlines.
• Liaise with subcontractors for follow up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process etc.
• Understands contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q and material specifications
• Perform and monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
• Assists to ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture
• Manage site operation, coordination and safety meeting.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree Qualification from recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.
• Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
• Willing to work on weekends, when necessary
