Job Description Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports Support design management and procurement activities. Support stakeholder consultation Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance To assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc Tender research, collating potential bid work Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team. Qualifications A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience 1 – 4 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting) Exposure to healthcare project is ideal Must be able to work within a large team environment and bring growth mindset. Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills Must be able to be involved in general office assistance Must be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindset Must be comfortable with spending a portion of time within various client offices and locations.
