You are an experienced Assistant Cost Manager with a minimum of 0-2 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. Job Description Manage day‑to‑day execution of corporate interior fit‑out works (workplace, office spaces, refurbishments). Review and coordinate GFC drawings, layouts, material specs, and vendor submissions. Ensure project delivery within scope, quality, timelines, and budget. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, MEP teams, PMC consultants, and vendors. Conduct site inspections, manage snag lists, and ensure QA/QC compliance. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and client updates. Support material approvals, BOQ verification, and measurement validation. Ensure adherence to safety standards and corporate guidelines. 🎓 Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture. 5–7 years of experience in corporate interior fit‑out project execution. Strong understanding of workplace interiors, partitions, flooring, ceilings, joinery, and MEP coordination. Hands-on experience managing fit‑out contractors and fast‑paced project environments. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting. Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder‑management skills.
