JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Candidates with Degree in Project Management or equivalent, Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or Architect background may also apply.
2. Good to have 5 years relevant experience

1. Developer lead for assigned project
2. Lead Project Consultants (external) and RTO (internal)
3. Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality
4. Oversee construction activities on site and any Changes to Works
5. Check Shop Drawings to ensure design can be carried out in an effective manner
6. Liaise with relevant authorities on approvals and compliance matters
7. Final Assessment of Contractor Monthly Progress Payments
