JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, with hands-on experience in managing various aspects of construction projects. This role requires effective communication and time management skills, along with proficiency in industry-standard software to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software including Primavera P6 and ProCore.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including blueprint reading and contract management.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
