Assistant Project Manager
Wignalls Kitchens and Bathrooms in Heathfield, Newton Abbot are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team.
We are a family business focused on delivering high quality products with exceptional customer service

As our Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the Retail Manager progress projects from the initial idea through to customer sign off as complete. You will be responsible for:

  • Drafting quotations.
  • Ensuring materials for the project are available, either from stock or by procurement
  • Checking availability of stock items
  • Ordering replacement stock or project specific materials
  • Chasing outstanding orders to ensure
  • Maintaining contact with the customer to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Working with our workshop team to deliver the project
  • Producing Works documents for the installation team
  • Producing Invoices
  • Ensure timely requests for customer payments
  • Issue Customer Care packs

Experience, preferred in Microsoft Office and Sage. Training will be given.
Essential requirements: ability to multitask, accuracy of work, communication skills.
