We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to provide daily support and lead administrative efforts across Interior Design project teams in all phases. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for generating quality work befitting the Workshop/APD brand with a focus on procurement, documentation, budget oversight, and project installation. A successful APM is self-motivated to produce excellent work, highly organized with acute attention to detail, ability to lead and work well in a team, and drive towards project deadlines and moves deliverables forward without hesitation. Duties & Responsibilities: Monitoring project progress and enforcing deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Ensuring all projects meet budget and quality Workshop/APD standards. Support project teams in managing correspondence with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Own the relationship with purchasing agents and serve as the primary internal point of contact. Manage accessories purchasing, including budget tracking, order status, and delivery coordination. Coordinate with vendors, traders, designers, and architects to gather information aligned with project execution goals. Draft and coordinate weekly report content in collaboration with Senior Interior Designers and Architectural studios. Prepare estimates during bidding process, building submittals, and general construction administration on Interior Design led projects and contracts. Qualifications: Background in architectural or interior design firm preferred 3+ years of experience in project management role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other related software Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
