CENTRE FOR HOLISTIC TEACHING AND LEARNING The Centre is now looking for a competent and devoted team member who can assist in effective collection, analysis and reporting of a large set of data related to learning and teaching. Assistant Project Officer (25260265) Responsibilities: Planning, conducting, and coordinating data collection in various scales and from various sources; Organising, analysing, compiling, reporting, and presenting quantitative data; Organising, storing and managing data in a systematic way; Drafting appropriate research methods; and Undertaking related administrative duties and other duties as assigned. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Education Psychology, etc., with at least one year of relevant post-qualification work experience; Proven track record of handling large and complex datasets, quantitative data collection, and analysis; High proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI and competence in statistical analysis software packages such as SPSS and JASP; Good team player with good communication and problem-solving skills, attentiveness to details, and proactiveness in work; Openness to explore and learn new data collection and analysis approaches; and Good command of English and Chinese; Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract for one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
