As an Assistant Project Worker, your responsibilities will include: Supporting our young people within the community, attending fun clubs, classes and other activities. Following and updating each child's individual care plan, always ensuring you are working towards appropriate outcomes. Building good relationships with our young people and encouraging them to achieve their goals. Working in a positive way with parents and partner agencies to ensure the best opportunities are available for our young people. The ability to communicate and document important relevant information and any updates to colleagues and management. Attending meetings as appropriate and to participate in the effective, supportive, and efficient working of the team.
