THE APPLICANT WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience in holiday park/hotel management or similar accommodation-based business (highly desirable)
  • Energetic ‘can do’ attitude supported by strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Excellent customer service ethos and great customer engagement, along with an easy approach to doing business
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel etc.)
  • Excellent communication and personal presentation skills
  • Experience with RMS9+ or Newbook (highly desirable).
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operation of the property, developing and maintaining good relationships with guests and other stakeholders, and driving Aspen’s strategic vision for the property.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Work with the Property Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of Aspen’s most important assets
  • Keeping up to date on local events and corporate and business development opportunities
  • Team recruitment, training and development
  • Maximising revenue opportunities and management of costs
  • Front office administration including guest relations and reservation management
  • Attending to after-hours calls
  • Ensuring the park is presented to the highest standard
  • End of month reporting
  • Management of customer feedback
