Description
The Property Administrator supports several Portfolio Managers and Site Staff to provide seamless customer service to our residents and board members. Essential Functions * Draft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members. * Manages ongoing, incoming communications from; Portfolio Managers, Site Staff, Board. * Members, Residents, Accounting, and Team members in a timely fashion. * Maintain condominium documents; contracts, regulations, phasing, violations, and all related correspondence. * Provides administrative and customer support to Portfolio and Community Managers, including coordination of monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and unit owner requests. * Provides administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and modification requests/approvals. * Business partner to Portfolio Managers and board of directors, advocate for residents.  * Database management for assigned properties. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service and administrative role. * Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.  * Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, takes the initiative, and adaptability.  * Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and manage multiple projects in various stages of completion. * Ability to work independently and within a team environment.   #LI-PK1
