Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. - Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking. - Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors. - Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
