Your responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting our experienced Property Management Team
  • Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with efficiency
  • Assist with leasing and attend property inspections
  • Communicate professionally with landlords and tenants
  • Assist with NCAT documentation preparation
  • Carry out general administration and portfolio support tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Confidence in your skills, professional in your approach and reliability to the team
  • No experience required although preferred
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
