Assist with leasing, rent reviews, and lease administration. Help coordinate maintenance and compliance (including Building Warrant of Fitness). Prepare client reports and budgets with guidance from senior team members. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Qualifications A property qualification or relevant experience. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
