QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates’ Degree or Higher, or 1 + years relevant experience
  • 1-3 years administrative back-office experience
  • Enjoy performing under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and working under tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Outstanding communicator, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project follow-through
  • Proactive and resourceful in executing vague or open-ended directives
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and diplomacy; highly empathetic
  • Thrives under pressure, enjoys new challenges, not tied to status quo
  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Valid Drivers Licence and ability to run errands .

  • Support managers in all day-to-day operations of our properties
  • Reach organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  • Ability to complete requests with intense speed and accuracy
  • Coordinate events and calendars that are constantly in flux through various sources
