Job Description: The Assistant General Manager’s primary responsibility is to support the General Manager in all aspects of managing the property. The main focus will always be on customer service, resident retention, fiscal success, and daily operations.  The Assistant General Manager will serve in a critical role of delivering the best beginning-to-end-living experience in the industry and management of the community.   The AGM should be prepared to run the property in the absence of the GM.
