Our Extended Stay Hotel is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager!

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in ensuring excellence across property operations, staff coordination, and guest services. This role plays a hands-on part in delivering compassionate hospitality, supporting the staff team, and maintaining high standards throughout the property. Success in this role reflects our mission to invest in communities through compassionate relationships and accessible housing, and requires alignment with our Core Values:

Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or property operations preferred
  • Strong communication and conflictresolution skills
  • Organized, selfmotivated, and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable directing others and making onthespot decisions
  • High school diploma required; some college or hospitality training preferred
  • Proficient with technology and booking systems, or willing to learn
  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends or evenings
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Navigate stairs and property areas for inspections and guest support
