RESIDENT EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION

• Manage all resident communication across channels including direct messages, email, phone, and face-to-face
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Support the Property Manager in maintaining a positive and welcoming community atmosphere

5. QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in property or facility management (required)
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate procedures and EJARI registration

2. PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Hive JVC. This is a hands-on role combining administrative, operational, and resident-facing responsibilities. The Assistant Property Manager will serve as a key point of contact for residents while ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the property.
