Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager works with the Property Manager to provide support for all aspects of day to day administrative activities and maintenance operations for an assigned portfolio of properties.
This position requires a person who exemplifies great customer service, is an effective communicator and a positive team player.

Key duties:

  • Administration
  • Liaison with owners and contractors
  • Maintain a solid understanding of condominium / residential administrative procedures including, general meetings procedures, preparation of AGM package and budget package.
  • Attends educational courses and seminars to remain current on industry changes.
  • Assist Property Manager with administration of assigned portfolio.
  • Assist with following up with Building Managers as required
  • Respond to telephone calls, e-mails and deals with issues wherever possible.
  • Working with MS Office and Yardi property management software

Required Qualifications:

  • Property Management Experience.
  • Office experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working with Yardi management software
  • 3-5 years experience in condominium, residential rental, commercial property management or related discipline is preferred
