Description Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Chino, CA. Job Summary: Assistant Manager/ Leasing Agent assists community manager by maintaining the property assigned and perform all related management functions, including, but not limited to, coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approve move-in files, promote lease renewals, resident relations, team building and any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor. Reports To: Property Manager & Regional Property Supervisor Position Type: Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Locations: Revere St., Chino, CA Pay rate: $18-$21 hourly Requirements Knowledge and experience in using Appfolio Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred Leasing / Sales Experience With 2 years experience in leasing Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Excellent customer service skills Leasing and Marketing vacant units Host Open House activities to different properties Rental verification and reference check Deliver information regarding overall aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc.) Negotiate leasing terms and conditions upon Supervisor's approval Discussion of lease agreement information to tenant upon Supervisor's approval Presenting properties and amenities in a creative way Ability to manage confidential information Updated with property market status Excellent communication and negotiation skills Beach Front Property Management, Inc. complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
