Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential/commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rent Manager software, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to tenants and property owners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize Rent Manager to handle tenant records, lease administration, rent collection, and financial reporting.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee scheduling, follow-up, and documentation of property maintenance and repairs.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, monthly financial statements, and variance reports.
  • Assist with lease renewals, tenant move-ins/move-outs, and property inspections.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with property policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to marketing, resident retention, and community engagement initiatives.
