Position Summary: The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with daily operations, resident services, leasing, and compliance activities to maintain a thriving senior community. Key Responsibilities: Assist with leasing, recertifications, and resident documentation. Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors. Support rent collections and financial reporting. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of property management or administrative experience. Familiarity with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC) preferred.
