Responsibilities
  • Resident Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Property Operations: Coordinate and oversee daily property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously seek out and implement improvements to streamline property management processes without compromising service quality.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute all notices and correspondence accurately and on time.
