Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join Parkway Parade team. In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to Understanding Corporate’s requirements on all aspects i.e. EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation etc. and ensure that the assets adhered to these requirements and policies; Keep updated on the regulatory requirements and ensure that the assets are operating in accordance to the legislative requirements; Contract administer and oversees the day-to-day operation of soft services i.e. housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, pest control etc.; Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly. These include trouble shooting, attend to complaints and deriving targets; Assist the Senior Property Manager / Property Manager in developing operation budget, annual business plan, asset review report etc. to demonstrate that the performance of the asset; Assist the Senior Property Manager / Property Manager in development strategies, plans, training schedule for the operation team to ensure that the team are competent for the job scope and to achieve the targets and expectations set by the Group Functions; Assist the Senior Property Manager / Property Manager to work in partnership with relevant Group Functions in implementing any new policies and/or requirements for the assets. Assist the assets in implementing these requirements and ensure that the requirements are implemented effectively and feedback to the Group Functions of the pros and cons and if necessary, and make any adjustments to suit the operation teams; Lead the team into the new era of Smart Facilities Management with the aid of technologies; Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering, Mechanical or related discipline Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing M&E systems preferably in a retail asset; Excellent people management with minimum 3 years experiences in leading a team; Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop the skills and aspirations of people to meet the needs of the business; Strong building operations and technical experience with risk management focus and drive; Preferably familiar with technologies, opened minded and positive attitude on embracing technologies; Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative; Financial Management skills to prepare, report and manage budgets for key stakeholders and able to analyse inter-relationships of all financial issues to ensure maximum returns for the owners; Familiarity with Asset Planning / Management process is an advantage; Willing to work beyond office hours Benefits of working at Lendlease: Permanent position 20 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leave Medical, Dental and Inpatient coverage for self and dependant.
