Richman Property Services, Inc. is looking for a dynamic, full-time Assistant Property Manager who takes initiative, drives results, and genuinely cares about the residents they serve. Position: Assistant Property Manager Location: You will be primarily based at our Grande Oaks Apartments in Tampa, FL 33610, with 50% of your time supporting our sister community, Brandywine Apartments, also in Tampa, FL 33610. Travel between both properties is required.
