We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Skid Row, Los Angeles. You’ll support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations while helping maintain a high standard of property performance. What You’ll Do Support the daily operations of an affordable housing community serving residents in Skid Row, Downtown LA Coordinate leasing and marketing activities for current and upcoming vacancies Maintain resident relations with compassion and professionalism, fostering a safe, supportive environment Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units, records, and reports are up to standard Review and approve move-in files; ensure smooth onboarding of new residents Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Yardi Voyager Collaborate with maintenance and resident services teams for efficient service Perform property walks to ensure curb appeal and quality standards Attend required meetings, trainings, and assist with special projects as needed Requirements Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent organization and multitasking.
