Position: Assistant Property Manager Location: Ivy Hills Living Spaces - Cincinnati, OH Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience & qualifications) Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 6:30pm What You’ll Do Assist with budgets, reports, and monitoring property conditions Support leasing, maintenance, landscaping, safety, and marketing activities Walk properties regularly to ensure grounds and apartments are market ready Show and lease apartments; complete paperwork and data entry in Yardi Respond to resident requests and resolve complaints Assist with rent collection, renewals, and evictions when needed Help organize resident events and newsletters to support retention Shop local competition and maintain current marketing information Provide additional support to the Property Manager may be requested What We’re Looking For Minimum of two years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic math skills and ability to review financial/data reports Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Real Estate laws and Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently May provide work direction in the Property Manager’s absence Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation may be required Why Join Towne?
