OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the properties’ overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a background in property management or related fields.

  • Previous office experience with strong administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills and good written English!
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Experience with customer relationship management.
  • Competency in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing applications.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems, ensuring all tenant information is up to date.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for property management tasks, including financial reporting and lease tracking.
  • Provide customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
  • Facilitate communication between tenants and management regarding lease agreements, renewals, and community events.
  • Ensure follow up on all open admin items and stay in close touch with the Property Manager.
