Join Woodmont Real Estate as an Assistant Property Manager! Woodmont seeks an Assistant Property Manager professional to help manage our 212-unit beautiful Apartment Community in Pleasanton, CA. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week (Includes Benefits). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm. This position requires someone with supervisory experience preferred to work with the Property Manager to manage the staff, vendors, and projects. You are required to successfully lease apartments to future residents in a professional manner and give superior customer service to our current residents when they have questions or concerns. This position requires someone engaged and experienced in social media and must possess excellent organizational skills. Housing may be included as part of compensation.  QUALIFICATIONS * Two (2) years or more of proven property management experience * Proven Marketing skills * Excellent organizational skills * Must be dependable and reliable * A college degree is a plus * Excellent computer skills: MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word * Knowledge of RealPage is a PLUS! * Excellent sales and customer service skills COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS  BENEFITS & PERKS Generous Health Benefits We provide medical, dental, and vision plans with options for flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA). At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references.
