What You’ll Do As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll partner with the Property Manager to keep the community running smoothly and residents happy. Responsibilities include: * * Assisting with day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services. * Supporting rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquency follow-up. * Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly performance summaries. * Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. * Assisting with leasing tours, renewals, and resident move-ins/outs. * Acting as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly. What We’re Looking For * 2-3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience (multi-family preferred). * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Basic financial knowledge (rent collection, reporting, budget support). * Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.). * Customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
