Our employees are incredibly passionate about the jobs they do – you will find a strong team spirit across our services and amazing colleagues who always pull together and look out for each other.

Our Assistant Psychologists have opportunities at Fen House and within Brainkind, to develop competencies in evaluating the effectiveness of our rehabilitation programmes and to contribute to research projects when available. Brainkind offers a wide range of general training and there are also further opportunities for continuous professional development (CPD) within Fen House and the broader organisation.
