JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at the Hamers Arms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within pub, restaurant or hotel environments. This role involves supporting the management team in daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants, pubs or hotels.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.

    Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
