REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in AV/ELV systems.
  • Knowledge of AV & ELV equipment (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Video Conferencing, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • UAE/GCC market knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Purchase Manager in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring AV & ELV equipment and materials.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure technical compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock management.
  • Support in vendor pre-qualification, registration, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company procurement policies and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with the Presales, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure smooth procurement workflow.
  • Research and identify new vendors, products, and technologies in the AV & ELV market.
  • Maintain records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports on procurement status, cost savings, and market trends.
  • Resolve any issues related to material shortages, delays, or supplier disputes.
