Do you like being in contact with suppliers? Are you a pro-active and curious team player? Do you have an eye for details? And can you work both efficiently and effectively; then we have the perfect role for you!
In the role of Assistant Purchaser, your goal is to maintain the workflow of procured materials. Your responsibilities include processing order confirmations within our ERP program, uploading delivery details, and expediting open purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. In case of problems, you will look for the right solution together with the supplier, the purchaser and other internal stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum of MBO education
  • Minimum of three years working experience in a supporting, administrative or planner role
  • You get enthusiastic about logistics, purchasing, and supply chain processes
  • You do not hesitate to pick up the phone to contact our suppliers, so fluent English and Dutch is a must
  • You have a pro-active, curious and commercial attitude
  • You like to tackle problems at the source
  • You take full responsibility of your part of the process and keeps an eye out for related process steps
