We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise with a proven ability to optimise purchasing processes, manage suppliers, and drive cost-efficiency across the organisation. This role requires a proactive leader who can develop procurement strategies, enhance supplier performance, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end purchasing operations. Job Description Lead and oversee all procurement activities using purchasing softwear, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchasing workflows, and approval processes Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational needs and organisational goals Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms Analyse purchasing data, monitor trends, and propose cost‑saving initiatives Manage supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure SLAs are met Collaborate closely with internal departments to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements Coach and mentor procurement team members to achieve high performance Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities Hands-on experience with FutureLog is preferred Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and vendor management skills Proficient in MS Office; experience with additional ERP systems is an advantage Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Information Why Join Mama? ✨ A brand that celebrates creativity and personality ✨ A chance to shape the identity of our bar program ✨ Opportunities for growth within the Mama family ✨ Supportive, fun, and inclusive work environment ✨ Competitive salary and attractive team benefits Job-Category: Procurement Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
